1. Pre-shipment Inspection:
Identifying cargo for shipment
Sampling goods in storage facilities
Dispatching samples to our GAFTA/FOSFA/ILAC accredited laboratory for pre-assessment
Visual estimation of cargo condition and verification of “loading readiness”
2. Terminal Facilities and Holds Inspection:
Assessing cleanliness of conveyor belts, containers, vessel holds, railway wagons, and trucks before loading operations
Screening for cleanliness, moisture, foreign matters, odour, residues, or pest infestation
Checking vessel holds for compliance with GMP + Feed Safety Assurance Scheme / GTP transport norms.
3. Loading and Discharging supervision :
Inspecting during loading or discharge as per the agreed scope
Sampling in line with GAFTA / FOSFA contractual guidelines
Constituting contractual samples, sealing, and labeling
Verifying weighing scales and determining weight
Providing photographic reporting
Issuing relevant Tankoil reports/certificates
On/Off hire survey
4. Quality Check :
Collaborating with GAFTA or FOSFA our accredited laboratories networks
Testing all parameters according to the latest international standards/methods
Performing analyses at every stage of feedstuff processing.
