Using VB, design the number system calculator with the following
specifications:
1. The calculator should handle with the four numbering systems
(Decimal, Binary, Octal, Hexadecimal).
2. Make it free to choose the starting number system.
3. Enable the translation of any entered number in between all
number systems.

4. Design the interface that looks like the calculator
